Yes, If the CD/DVD you want is not available in our store, you can place a custom order by purchasing the Custom Product with the blank image. Custom orders that we cannot do will be refunded and automatically cancelled.

Due to shipping we have to fold it so it can be transport it. In order to flatten it, you could do any of these:

- Press it down with a heavy object for a period of time

- You could iron it down with a steam iron

Our Nylon mats are thin (2MM) and lightweight but get a higher definition print due to the tightly stitched material.

Our Carpet rugs are thicker (6MM) and have a more durable material, the colors are printed then steamed at high temperature to create a long lasting print on the rug. Carpets are softer to step on and what you would typically find in your home.

Each rug is made to order and custom printed, allowing us to offer a diverse array of designs without the need for extensive inventory. Production begins as soon as an order is placed, ensuring that every rug is crafted specifically to your chosen design.

Your order is in production and in queue to be shipped in our next batch, you will get automatic emails along the delivery journey! Please only contact us if your order is past our delivery window, we would rather spend time making your rugs!
